"I never imagined that my life could change after everything I went through. There were days when I felt forgotten, but Smile4mation came into my life and reminded me that people still care. They gave my children and me a place to call home, supported me in starting a business, and helped with my daughters’ education. Their kindness has given us hope and a new beginning. I am forever grateful to Smile4mation for seeing my story, believing in me, and bringing back a smile to my family."

"Dear Smile4mation, I am writing this letter on behalf of my entire family to express our deepest gratitude for the kindness and support you extended to us during a very difficult time. Your help with our family situation came at the moment when we felt we had no options left. Because of your generosity, our burden became lighter and we were able to get through it with hope. What touched us most was not just the help itself, but the compassion and understanding behind it. You showed us that leadership is about caring for people, not just work. My family and I are truly blessed to have you not only boss, but as someone who treats us like family. We may not have the words to fully express how grateful we are, but please 🙏 know that we pray for you, your health, and you family everyday. May God reward you abundantly for the good you have done for us 🙏. Thank you again, Sir, for your big heart. We will never forget this. With sincere appreciation, Acquah's family"

Smile4mation: Rebuilding Hope for Mary Essel, the Grandmother Raising Eight Grandchildren

Mary Essel is nearly 70 years old, yet she carries the responsibility of raising eight grandchildren after losing both their mother and father in separate road accidents. Despite selling charcoal and farming to survive, she has never given up on giving them a better life. Through Smile4mation, founded by Nana Mitch and Schardo Mitch, her family has received immediate support, with a greater mission ahead, to rebuild their home and restore hope for generations to come.

Her Husband Suffered a Stroke, the Smoke from Cooking Every Day Damaged Her Eyes, and All Five of Her Children Were Forced to Drop Out of School

After her husband suffered a stroke, Mary Acquah spent everything she had trying to save him. Today, she cooks Saabo under the scorching sun and heavy smoke to provide for her family, a sacrifice that has severely affected her eyes and forced all five of her children to leave school. Through Smile4mation, Mary and her family have been given a new beginning filled with hope, dignity, and the promise of a brighter future.
